Hello! My name is Sonya and while raising two daughters of my own, I found myself utilizing innovative yet effective strategies to guide them through life’s challenges and transitions. These strategies align with the tools and techniques taught and offered by Adventures in Wisdom, which led me to realize that if these tools were beneficial for my own children, they could also be incredibly valuable for others therefore it was important for me to become a member of this Wise team of coaches. I am thrilled and honored to have become a certified Wisdom Coach and look forward to empowering kids, teens and even parents in creating an optimal life and be the light for those who may feel lost.
