Laura Hayes is a certified WISDOM Coach and licensed school counselor. Laura has been working with children and families for the past 20 years. She began her coaching practice in 2013 after completing her coaching certification training. Working as a school counselor, Laura sees first-hand how stressful life can be for kids and her goal, as a coach, is to help kids create happy lives in which they can handle life’s challenges and stress.
Laura believes that each child has limitless power within and she helps them tap into that power through stories, games, creative problem solving, challenging false beliefs and fun exercises. Through coaching, her clients have learned how to build self-esteem and self-confidence, set goals and create happiness in their lives.
She conducts workshops, coaching groups and works individually with children ages 8 to young adult. She also provides workshops for parents to extend the coaching experience and support of her clients
