Kristen’s love of coaching and empowering kids and teens was born of her own struggle as a young person. Feeling lost and in many ways invisible, she didn’t feel she fit in. Through her own experience she has come to understand the importance of supporting not only her young clients, but engaging the parents as well. The household gains a new and empowering way to communicate with one another and tools to manage life’s challenges when they arise.
Kristen holds a BA in Psychology, has coaching credentials with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Certified Professional Coach, Adventures in Wisdom Life Coach for Kids, Wisdom Certified Coach.
