Hi, my name is Jennifer Ann and I am a Youth Empowerment Coach. I’m originally from Venezuela and had an idyllic life until my family moved to the United States when I was 10. My father died shortly after. This was a defining moment in my life.
As a result, I’ve chosen this field and age group (6-12), as these are years where the physical, mental, and cognitive changes in their lives are challenging. Understanding the emotions of being the new kid in school, moving to a different city, leaving trusted friends behind, change of family dynamics due to the loss of a parent or divorce, etc.
No matter what is going on in or around their lives, we will work on the steps needed with the tools that will lead them to recognize their value and self-worth as the unique individual they are.
