Korneeka Lively is the Founder of Resolving & Reaching, an education and youth development consulting practice dedicated to helping young people build the mindset, confidence, and life skills needed to thrive. A Certified WISDOM Coach through Adventures in Wisdom, Korneeka brings 19 years of experience in education—from teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade to serving in school and district leadership and now coaching K–12 educators nationwide. Her diverse experience provides a strong foundation for supporting the whole child academically, socially, and personally.
Through Resolving & Reaching, Korneeka partners with schools, families, and youth-serving organizations to help children strengthen confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and empowering beliefs while navigating challenges with wisdom. Her philosophy reflects the company’s name: helping young people resolve internal barriers that can limit what they believe is possible and reach toward their fullest potential. Her vision is to develop confident, resilient young people equipped to achieve, lead, grow, and thrive.
