Greetings! I bring my passion for assisting children as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 21 years to life coaching for children.
As a mother of two grown children, I’ve experienced the struggle in knowing their potential, loving them unconditionally and yet simultaneously feeling ineffective to help them with some of life’s challenges. As an OT, I’ve found the joy in helping other people’s children become empowered as they reach their goals.
I’ve since realized it’s more than enough to be their mom. I’m successful in assisting other people’s children as an OT because I’m that outside person – a resource who’s effective because I’m not their Mom. We can love our children endlessly, however, can’t be everything to our child – and that’s okay!
