Sandra is thrilled to join the team at Wisdom in Adventures! She began her professional journey as an English teacher, sharing stories with students as a bridge to understanding and empowerment. Sandra then joined the RULER Team at Yale University’s Center for Emotional Intelligence as a Master Trainer & Program Coach. Afterwards, she opened Clifton Corner, a safe space to support overwhelmed students who struggle with issues of perfection, motivation, organization, learning differences, school shame and academic anxiety. Sandra is now a Board-Certified Educational Therapist, serving families since 2006.
During the pandemic, Sandra attended Bridges Graduate School, where she successfully defended her dissertation and received her doctorate in Cognitive Diversity.
