Adventures in Wisdom uses a transparent, educational, coach-led enrollment process designed to help aspiring WISDOM Coaches explore our curriculum, understand our program, and make a decision that feels right for their life and goals.

 

What Is the Adventures in Wisdom Sales Process?

Our enrollment process is intentionally gentle, transparent, and educational, because starting a coaching business is a meaningful, personal decision. The aspiring coach is always in full control.

Step 1: Experience the Curriculum for Free

Aspiring coaches receive Skill Book #15 from The Adventures in Wisdom Life Coaching Program for Kids™ Curriculum, including both the Mentor’s Guide and Children’s Guide — so they can experience the power of story-based coaching firsthand.

Step 2: Watch the Program Overview Video

A comprehensive overview video is designed to help aspiring coaches learn about the WISDOM Coach Certification program on their own time so that they fully understand everything that’s included before applying or committing to a phone call.

The overview video, “How You Can Get Started as a Life Coach for Kids”, explains:

  • The 27 skills coaches help children develop for confidence, self-esteem, resilience, self-leadership, achievement, and more.
  • The STORY Coaching Process that guides their work with kids
  • The marketing, business, and coaching resources that support them in creating success in their business
  • The Business Accelerator Curriculum and Action Plans – a business training curriculum that was specifically designed to support WISDOM Coaches in creating a successful business
  • The support they receive, including Q&A calls and a very active private Facebook group for certified WISDOM Coaches where they can connect with coaches from around the world and the Adventures in Wisdom Team
  • The process for getting certified
  • How they can get a return on their investment

Step 3: Book a Coaching Kids Strategy Call (Optional)

After reviewing the overview video if the aspiring coach feels like we are a good fit for them, they can submit an application to our program and book a Coaching Kids Strategy Call with one of our Success Coaches. This is an opportunity to get personal questions answered that weren’t answered in the video overview.

In addition to answering questions, the Success Coach will also make sure that the aspiring coach is a good fit for our program and if so, will invite them to enroll in our program. The aspiring coach is in complete control of when they enroll.

What About Bonuses or Decision Deadlines?

We do offer two Action Taker Bonuses, which gives aspiring coaches seven days to decide if they want to get started, but there is no pressure to enroll during the call, and the timing is simply to protect bonus availability.

If someone wants more time, they can hold their bonuses for three months with a $100 deposit.

If the aspiring coach is not ready to move forward, they can always reapply in the future and go through the process again. We ask coaches to reapply after three months because often business and life goals change over time.
